inessence was first opened in October 2004 by Head therapist and co-owner Fiona North (nee Short). Having qualified as a Beauty therapist in 2000 Fiona successfully ran a mobile  business in the local area before setting up the salon in Haglands Lane.

In January 2007 Fiona's sister Pip Jennings joined the business as a partner to help run the business side & manage reception full time. With a background in Marketing & PR, Pip has also trained in massage & reflexology.

In June 2007 Sophie Weller also joined the team as a full time Beauty Therapist. After qualifying in 2004, Sophie was previously Head therapist at Saks Hair & Beauty in Horsham.

As a team we hope to provide a wealth of knowledge covering all aspects of Beauty therapy, we continue to train & develop our skills and are always willing to discuss any treatments or products we offer (or have experience of) so please do ask.
